Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter (melted)
- 1 pound brown sugar (light brown sugar I measure 2 cups packed from a large bag)
- 3 large eggs
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour (white)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Step 1
Melt the butter and add the brown sugar; mix well and cool; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step 2
Add dry ingredients and mix well; add nuts and chocolate bits
Step 3
Put into a greased 9×13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
