TOMATO CUCUMBER SALAD

This tomato salad is best for those days when you need something mild and are looking for a clean and tasty side dish.
I’ve included cubes of panela, but if you’re looking for a vegan option, you can leave it out and it’s also delicious.The secret of salads is that they use the hottest elements to brighten up the flavor of delicious vegetables. With the 3 best ingredients, this dish might be a little too clean depending on the flavour.

For this salad, I use a premium ratio of vinegar, and use less oil and extra vinegar.Every supermarket can buy purple wine vinegar, not a very expensive bottle.It has a long shelf life and the salad tastes incredible.I served it with white rice and butter, the taste you can’t imagine, the grilled chicken breast is delicious.

* ingredients :

° 1 cucumber, peel & de-seeded (1 cup)
° 2 chop tomatoes purple
° 1 orange  (chopped)
° 1 cup panela cheese, cut into cubes
+ Sauce:
° 2 tablespoons of purple wine vinegar
° 1 tablespoon olive oil
° 1 teaspoon dried thyme
° Salt and pepper to taste

* Directions :

Mix olive oil, oregano, vinegar, or lemon juice in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.Add cucumber, tomato, sweet pepper and cheese and stir well.Season with salt and pepper and serve.Note  Vinegar: If you can’t make purple wine vinegar, you can add lemon juice. It tastes rich, but it may have a rich aftertaste.
