- 1 rack baby back pork ribs
- 1 heaping cup of bbq sauce
- 12 ounces Dr Pepper
Instructions
- Remove the sinew from the ribs (it’s the white slimey stuff that looks like skin on the back part of the ribs). Use a knife to pull up the edge, and then use your fingers to pull it off.
- Cut the ribs so that they easily fit into your slow cooker (it doesn’t matter how big or small you make them).
- Place them into the slow cooker and drizzle the bbq sauce over top and then pour the Dr Pepper in.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is falling off of the bone.
- Serve with additional bbq sauce if you’d like. Either way, they’re good!
