PHILLY CHEESESTEAK DIP

INGREDIENTS

1 pound of ground beef, lean
½ onion chopped
½ red pepper, chopped
½ green bell pepper, chopped
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces of cream cheese, cut into pieces
⅓ cup sour cream
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 slices of provolone cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350*

Add the ground beef, onions and peppers to a skillet and cook over medium high heat. Saute until meat is thoroughly cooked and the vegetables have softened

Drain any excess fat off the meat

Stir in the garlic and Worcestershire Sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste

Mix in the cubed cream cheese until completely combined

Add in the sour cream and mozzarella cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted

Layer the mixture in a baking dish and top it off with the provolone cheese slices

Bake for 20 minutes, and then serve on your choice of crackers or breads for dipping or spreading
