- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 240 grams dry oats (dry, 3 cups Quick Quaker Oats)
- 1 cup coconut, shredded

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl measure in the oatmeal and coconut, mix to blend. Set aside.
Step 2
In a saucepan blend sugar, butter, milk and cocoa bring to a boil over medium heat, simmer until shiny bubbles about 3 – 4 minutes or so. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Quickly pour over the oatmeal/coconut. Mix until coated. Drop on a wax paper lined pan, cool until set.
