HONEY BUTTER OLD BAY SHRIMP

This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my aunt used to make this all the time! I was always a keen observer of her greatness. I am so grateful to her for teaching me this recipe because now, I get to share it with you as well. How awesome is that? All you need are these basic ingredients and you are good to go! You will be amazed by how these four ingredients could make such a delicious dish! Of course, you are more than welcome to add more of your preferred ingredients to this. Ingredients:

1/4 c butter

2–3 tablespoons honey

1/2-pound raw shrimp

2–3 tablespoons old bay

Directions:

Prepare the shrimp and peel. Place them into a mixing bowl.

Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle old bay. Toss until the shrimps are well coated.

Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Add butter and allow it to melt.

Add honey and stir until well blended.

Add the shrimps into the skillet and cook each side for about 5 minutes or until they are seared.

Toss everything until the shrimps are well coated by the sauce.

Transfer onto a clean serving plate.

Garnish with your preferred herbs.

Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to use vegan butter for this recipe.

You can grill the shrimp as well.
