Cheese Shrimp Penne Pasta and Spinach

Here is a dish that will guarantee the success of your meals. Lemon juice deglazed prawns, raw spinach leaves and spaghetti make for a delicious seafood pasta dish.

Not a lot of ingredients, and you can tailor it to what you have on hand. You can even substitute the shrimp with other seafood or chicken!

* Ingredients:

☞ 250 g of pasta

☞ 3 tablespoons of olive oil

☞ 1 lemon

☞ 30 shrimps

☞ 150 g of spinach leaves

☞ salt

☞ pepper

* Methods:

1.Wash and hull the spinach. Peel and crush the garlic.

  1. In a pot of water, cook the pasta.

3.In a sauté pan, brown the garlic and shrimp in olive oil. Deglaze with the lemon juice.

4.In a bowl, combine the pasta, raw spinach and shrimp before serving hot.
