3 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp butter softened

1 lb. green beans, stems trimmed

1 garlic clove minced into a paste

2 1 lb. pork tenderloins, trimmed

1 1/2 lb. baby potatoes cut in half lengthwise

nonstick cooking spray

1/4 c hoisin sauce

2 tbsp freshly minced chives

kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Prepare the oven and preheat to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.

Apply cooking spray onto a heavy-duty baking sheet.

Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, and green beans into a mixing bowl. Toss until well mixed.

Scatter the beans onto the prepared baking sheet.

Add 2 tbsp olive oil, potatoes, salt, and pepper into the same bowl with the beans. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.

Transfer the potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet.

Arrange the tenderloin on top of the green beans. Top each with hoisin sauce, salt, and pepper.

Place them inside the preheated oven and roast for about 20 minutes or until done.

In a mixing bowl, add garlic, chives, salt, pepper, and butter. Stir until well blended.

Top each tenderloin with the butter mixture.

Allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve and enjoy!
