Taco Casserole

This Mexican-inspired taco casserole is a simple, freezer-friendly dinner that you can prepare in advance and reheat later.This recipe also includes freezing and thawing instructions for those busy nights.Whether you are making casserole steak and tacos for dinner tonight, or making time-saving frozen meals now, delicious results are guaranteed.

* ingredients:

° 6-inch soft tortilla,

° ground beef, turkey, or even minced chicken,

° the season of your choice (taco seasoning or salt and chili),

° tomatoes,

° red onion,

° green onion,

° coriander

° heavy cream,

° light cheddar colby jack and monterey jack cheese,

° butter,

° Cajun season (concerning cheese sauce) & sour cream on top

* Methods :

Brown the meat and drain the fat, seasoning the meat as desired. To make the cheese sauce, bring the heavy cream and butter to a boil and then slowly add the cheese until it thickens. Add Cajun season to the seasoning. With red onions, green peppers, tomatoes and coriander to cut the pico and season to taste.
