Treated myself to a homemade Fresa con crema Raspado (strawberry snow cone )

Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
1 14oz can of condensed milk
3 cups of ice
10 strawberries
1 small box of strawberry jello

Directions:
Raspado
Blend 3 cups of ice ,9 strawberries , and 2 tablespoons of sugar. In a small pot boil a small package of strawberry jello mix for 3 minutes, set aside and let it cool. Mix jello with blended strawberries, Add strawberry mix in a cup half way, then add 2 tablespoons of condensed sweet milk. Pour more strawberry mix , and add more on top with diced strawberries.
