Raffaello Coconut Balls

Raffaello Coconut Balls – Easy to make and nice sweet dessert with flavor of coconut blended and crunchy almonds! This is a great bite-size no bake dessert recipe which will surprise your guests!

INGREDIENTS
½ cup Condensed Milk

1 ½ cup Desiccated Coconut + ½ cup for rolling

1/3 cup Almonds or Hazelnuts, about 16

DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, mix together condensed milk and coconut until combined
Scoop out small parts the mixture and coat almond or hazelnuts in this mixture and roll into a ball

  • Roll each ball in the remaining coconut and chill in the fridge
  • Serve

NOTES

  • Store them in an air-tight container in the fridge they will last for several days.
