Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies

I present to you … the perfect chocolate cake. Completely smooth. Absolutely sweet. Completely chewy. Perfectly full.

Before we start, let’s go through some of the recipe details that make these cookies final.

We prefer half the desserts in these cookies, but you can add your favorites or use a mix of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or even chocolate bars!

Like most biscuit doughs, this dough can be frozen and baked at a later time. Simply pour it into a parchment-lined frying pan and freeze until firm. Once frozen, remove it from the cookie sheet and place it in the freezer bag.

If the cookies came out too flat, the flour was probably less than necessary. Too dense, there is a lot of flour.

Cups and teaspoons are nice and convenient, but some ingredients, especially flour, are very easy to add to or reduce.

How to measure flour: The best way to measure flour for this recipe is to gently place it in a measuring cup and use a straight edge to remove the excess. Using a measuring cup for scooping flour – fill it up (it can lead to over-scaling) .
