Italian Sauced Farfalle with Shrimp and Spinach


    • 1 package Farfalle or Bow Tie Pasta
    • ½ C Italian Dressing
    • 1 lb Shrimp or Argentine Shrimppeeled and deveined
    • 3 C Spinach or Kalefresh, stems removed
    • ½ T Salt
    • ¼ T Black PepperDried Marjoram and Basil
    •  T Thyme
  • 6 C Water
  • Chopped Toasted Almondsoptional
  • Instructions

      • In a large pot, boil water and add a pinch of salt
      • Add in your Farfalle or Bow Tie Pasta and follow cooking directions on the package
      • In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add in your Shrimp. Make sure they are peeled and de-veined.
      • Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, drain and set to the side in another bowl (cover)
      • In the same pot you used for the pasta and shrimp, add your Italian Sauce, salt, freshly ground black pepper, dried majoram, basil, and thyme
      • Cook on low temperature for 1 minute
      • Add your pasta and shrimp back in. Toss to coat and season to taste
    • Pour mixture into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped toasted almonds or garnish with fresh cilantro
    • ENJOY!
