½ teaspoon salt

How to make Homemade Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 250 degrees.

Step 2: Spray with cooking spray the baking sheet you will use.

Step 3: In a large Ziploc bag, combine the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 4: In a large bowl, whisk the egg white, water, and vanilla until frothy. Use a fork or electric mixer, either of them is fine.

Step 5: Stir in the pecans to the egg white mixture until completely coated.

Step 6: Once the pecans are coated, transfer them into the Ziploc bag.

Step 7: Seal the bag and shake to thoroughly coat the pecans with cinnamon and sugar mixture.

Step 8: Make sure to coat the pecans completely before you pour and spread them onto the prepared baking sheet.

Step 9: Place the pecans inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour. Make sure to stir the pecans every 20 minutes.
