5 cups Golden Grahams cereal
4 cups mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup light corn syrup
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F
In a large bowl, mix together the Golden Grahams cereal and 3 cups of the mini marshmallows.
In a medium saucepan, melt the milk chocolate chips, corn syrup, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and marshmallows, and stir until everything is well coated.
Fold in the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
Press the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
