Gelatina de Mazapan

Ingredients:

1 package softened cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can media crema
4 large Mazapan
4 packages unflavored gelatin
1 cup water
2 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
Open 4 packages gelatin and pour into 1 cup water, let sit for 10 minutes until it hydrates the gelatin

Directions:

In blender add cream cheese, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, media crema, Mazapans and vanilla blend for about 1 minute-
Microwave your hydrated gelatin for 30 seconds (til it becomes liquid again)
Pour into your blender and blend for another 30 seconds
Pour into a large bowl and add your 2 cups of milk mix very well
Pour into desired mold and refrigerate 4-5 hours (overnight preferably)
Before flipping run a knife around the edges to make it easy to flip.
Decorate as you wish
