Fiesta Beef Hash

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1/3 cup chopped onion

3 cups (14 ounces) frozen O’Brien potatoes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 (8-ounce) jar salsa

TOPPING

4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, quartered diagonally

1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives

2 green onions, chopped

How to make
STEP 1

Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until browned. Drain off fat.

STEP 2

Stir in potatoes, salt and pepper. Cover; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in salsa. Continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Remove from heat.

STEP 3

Arrange cheese quarters over top. Top with olives and green onions. Cover; let stand 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
