Easy Homemade Almond Roca made with only 4 ingredients! Delicious easy toffee recipe made with almonds, chocolate, butter and sugar that is even better than the store-bought version.
- 10-12 oz almonds chopped fine
- 1 pound Hershey chocolate shredded
- 1 pound butter 4 sticks
- 2 cups sugar
- Spread 1/2 of the almonds on a jelly roll pan (10X15X1). Cover with half of the chocolate.
- Stirring constantly, cook the butter and sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat to the hard crack stage (325°). Immediately pour over the chocolate and almond layers. Immediately top with remaining chocolate and then sprinkle the remaining almonds on top. Let set up and then break or cut into pieces to serve.
