Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
1/8 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Icing Sugar
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder

Directions:

Combine sugars, salt, butter and milk in a sauce pan. Stir until butter is melted and let boil for 6 minutes stirring consistently.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Add icing sugar and cocoa powder, stir until combined. Then using an electric hand mixer beat fudge until lump free, smooth and thick. Pour into a greased and parchment lined pan, or pan lined with plastic wrap*. Smooth out to level, wet spatula helps, then place in freezer for 20 minutes before cutting into bite sizes.
*I used a 9×5 loaf pan but the size is up to you as it will only determine the height of the finished product.
