Ingredients:

1 c of Ritz style cracker (crushed)

4 skinless chicken breasts

1 Can of Cheddar Cheese Soup

1 c of Almond Milk (Regular Milk Works)

½ teaspoon of pepper

½ teaspoon of salt

6 ounces of cheddar cheese – shredded

8 ounces of frozen broccoli

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Add cheddar cheese soup and milk into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.

Apply cooking spray to a casserole dish.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken breasts, then toss until well coated.

Add the chicken breasts to the prepared casserole dish and arrange them in a single layer.

Pour the soup mixture on top of the chicken and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the ritz crackers over the chicken breasts.

Top everything with broccoli and cheddar cheese.

Place the casserole dish inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken breasts, broccoli, and cheese for about 45 minutes or until done.

Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve and enjoy!
