How to make coconut cake with caramel

1 ½ cup of sugar
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder

How to prepare
Put the sugar in a frying pan on a medium heat and keep stirring until it melts and caramelizes, then add the water and stir for two minutes.
Put the caramel in the cake pan, cover all sides, then sprinkle a layer of coconut and set the tray aside.
In a bowl, put the eggs, sugar and butter and stir until the ingredients are completely mixed.
Sift the flour over the ingredients and stir until it completely disappears in the mixture, then add the baking powder and stir well.
Add the milk and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed with each other.
Pour the cake mixture over the coconut and caramel in the tray, then put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
