CHOPPED CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS {MAID RITE}

Chopped cheeseburger sliders have a flavorful loose meat mixture, with chopped dill pickles, cheese, and creamy sriracha mayonnaise.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ onion diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 12 pack of slider rolls
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoon butter, melted
  • Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds optional

SRIRACHA MAYONNAISE

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add the ground beef and onions and season with salt and pepper, add in the garlic cook until the beef is browned. Drain any extra fat.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together the water, brown sugar, beef bouillon, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, until combined.
  4. Add sauce mixture into the beef and cook on medium-high until the liquid is evaporated and remove from heat.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottoms on a baking sheet. Add the ground beef mixture to the sliders.
  6. Then sprinkle on the chopped dill pickles. Followed by the cheese slices.
  7. Spread the mayo mixture on the other half of the slider buns and place them on top of the cheese.
  8. Brush the melted butter on top of the buns and sprinkle Everthing Bagel Seasoning  on top is desired.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
