- Cauliflower mash (i shared recipe yesterday but added coriander and peppers)

- Sweet and thick soya sauce

Lay a flattened chicken breast out onto a work surface. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the cauliflower stuffing onto the chicken breast, and top with cheese.
