Ingredients:
½ tsp onion powder
½ c orange juice
2 tbsp white vinegar
PUBLICITÉ
2 tbsp honey
1 c packed brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 large fully cooked ham (bone-in, spiral-sliced is fine), about 15 lbs.
Directions:
Place the ham at room temperature to thaw for 2 hours.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 325 degrees F.
Place a small saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add honey, orange juice, garlic powder, cinnamon, yellow mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, and brown sugar right away. Whisk everything until well blended. Simmer the mixture for about 1 to 2 minutes until thick. Remove the pan from the stove.
Lay the ham in the middle of 2 pieces of large aluminium foil.
Brush the ham with 1/3 of the glaze. Fold the foil to wrap the ham.
Put the wrapped ham into a baking pan.
Place the pan inside the oven and bake the ham for about 15 minutes until it reaches a heat of 110 degrees F. Remove the ham from the oven.
Turn the temperature of the oven up to 400 degrees F.
Unwrap the ham. Reserve some of the glaze, then brush it with the rest.
Put the ham back in the oven and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until caramelized.
Remove the ham from the oven, then brush with the reserved glaze.
Let the ham rest for at least 10 minutes at room temperature to incorporate all the flavors. Slice into even servings.

Feel free to use uncooked ham for this recipe. Make sure to cook it well.
