°½ C yellow onion ()
°¼ cup green bell pepper (small diced)
°3 eggs
°4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
°¼ cup whole milk
°Ritz Biscuit (2 rounds)
°1 tsp each, salt / pepper
meatloaf glaze
°½ c ketchup
°½ c brown sugar
°1 tsp yellow mustard
°1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
how to do it:
Set your oven to 350°F (176°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the frosting ingredients and whisk until smooth. Set aside for another time.
Mix 1 1/2 cups ketchup with 1 1/2 cups brown sugar. Add one tablespoon of mustard and one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the mix. Mix well.
In a big bowl, put the ground beef, onion, green pepper, eggs, cheese, milk, crushed Ritz crackers, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together. Using your clean hands, mix all of the ingredients together very well.
In this recipe, you’ll find ground beef, yellow onions, and green peppers. You’ll also need 3 eggs and 4 oz of sharp cheese. You’ll also need Ritz Biscuits, 1 tsp each of salt and pepper.
A parchment paper-lined baking sheet should be used to place the meatloaf mix. Shape the mix into a loaf shape.
For 30 minutes, bake meatloaf at 350°F (176°C). When the meatloaf comes out of the oven, put a glaze on top of it and put it back in.
Keep baking your meatloaf in the oven for another 30 minutes or until the meatloaf is 160°F (72°C) in the middle of it.
Remove the food from the oven and let it cool down for about 10 minutes. Slice and serve!
