Ingredients
- ▢6 chicken drumsticks
- ▢1 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ▢1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ▢½ teaspoon chili powder use less if you don’t like spicy food
- ▢½ teaspoon garlic granules
- ▢½ teaspoon onion granules
- ▢½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ▢1 teaspoon salt
- ▢3 tablespoons BBQ sauce

Instructions
- Start by seasoning the chicken drumsticks. Place in a bowl, drizzle with oil, and toss with seasonings until they’re well coated.
- Arrange on a sheet pan (preferable with a rack), and bake at 390°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
- Take them out of the oven, and baste/glaze with BBQ sauce using a heat-proof brush. Return the sheet pan to the oven, and bake for 10 more minutes.
Notes:
To check if the chicken is done and safe to eat, insert an instant read thermometer in the thickest part of the meat (make sure it’s not hitting a bone), and the internal temperature should be around 165°F or 75°C.
