I saw this recipe on Pinterest years ago but couldn’t find it again, so I kind of made it up based on what I remembered. This made enough filling for 4 servings.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 jar salsa
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar and mozzarella)
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/2 package taco seasoning
Tortillas
Hot sauce, ranch, sour cream, or other dipping sauces

Fill each tortilla with 1/4 of mixture and roll. Put in lightly greased pan seam side down and fry until golden brown. Repeat on all sides or until cheeses are melty.
