+Cheesecake° 300g Philadelphia° 250g mascarpone° 70 g of sugar° 70g white chocolate° 1 egg° 1 tsp liquid vanilla+Biscuit base° 120 g biscuit° 45g butter° 300 g of strawberries° 50g sugar° 12 g Vitpris
PREPARATION :
Biscuit base1 Butter a springform pan 16 cm in diameter (no larger). Line bottom with paper.2Arrange the cookies in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.3Add the melted butter and mix.4Using a glass, firmly press the crushed cookies into the bottom of the pan. Reserve for 10 minutes in the freezer.Cheesecake5In a bowl, break the white chocolate and add the mascarpone. Melt everything for less than a minute in the microwave.6Take the Philadelphia out and put it in the microwave for 1 minute on the defrost position to soften it. Then, whisk it with the sugar.7Add the egg to the Philadelphia mixture. Then, pour the melted mascarpone chocolate into the preparation.8Pour mix into springform pan.9Preheat your oven to 150°C for 10 minutes then bake the cheesecake. The cooking time is 35 to 45 minutes depending on the oven.10When baked, the center of the cheesecake should jiggle a bit like flan. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar.Marmalade11Pour the strawberry pieces into a saucepan. Cook on low heat for 5 min.12Mix the sugar and Vitpris. Then pour everything into the marmalade and continue cooking for 2 minutes.13Pour the marmalade over the cheesecake. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next day.
