Pasta salad is an innovative cold appetizer preferred by everyone, old and young. Which has spread very quickly among international kitchens, and can be eaten as a snack for dinner, or for lunch if you follow a diet.
* Pasta salad ingredients:
° 1 cup of pasta
° 1 head of lettuce
° 1 carrot
° Cup corn
° Salt, to taste
For the sauce:
° 1 yogurt package (yogurt / yogurt)
° 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
° 2 garlic cloves, crushed
° Juice of lemon
° Salt, to taste
* Pasta salad method:
Boil the pasta in a saucepan of salted water and a little oil.
Drain it well, then transfer it to a salad bowl.
Wash the lettuce and carrots well. Then chop the lettuce, peel the carrots and grate it.
Add lettuce, carrots and corn to the pasta.
Prepare the sauce, mix the yogurt and mayonnaise with the garlic and lemon juice.
Stir the sauce well until its ingredients are incorporated.
Pour the sauce over the pasta and stir the salad gently.
Serve cool.
