* Ingredients :
° Butter
° Half a cup of soft butter
° Half a cup of confectioners’ sugar
° Half a cup of honey
° 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
+ rolls:
°1 cup whole milk, warm to at least 80*
° 1 package active dry yeast
° Half a cup of honey
° 4 cups all-purpose flour
° 1 egg at room temperature
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 5 tablespoons melted butter
* instructions :
The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
Blend warm milk, honey also yeast. stir completely
The second step:
Put the milk on the side
Using a mixer with a bread hook, mix the flour, eggs and melted butter
Third step:
Add yeast mixture & stirring
Add salt also mixing
Kneading for 4 min
The 4 step:
Putting it in an oiled bowl
Cover the bowl and let it rest for an hour
Fifth step:
Place the dough on a floured surface
Rolls down to about 1 inch in height
Sixth step:
Cut them into squares and place them on a buttered cookie sheet
Cover and leave for 20 minutes in a warm place
Seventh step:
Bake for 14 to 16 minutes
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, honey, cinnamon and confectioners’ sugar
Eighth step:
Leave it to cool for a while and brush it with butter on the surfaces
Serve with cinnamon butter and honey and enjoy!
