Ingredients
- 1 Large prepared pizza crust
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 Packet taco seasoning
- 1 Can refried beans
- ⅓ C. Pico de gallo or salsa
- 1 ½ C. Shredded taco or Mexican blend cheese
- Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions and sour cream for toppings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until it is completely browned.
- Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef, and saute for a few minutes longer.
- Combine the refried beans and pico de gallo or salsa in a bowl, and stir to combine.
- Spread the bean mixture out in an even layer over the prepared pizza crust.
- Top the bean mixture with the meat.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top, and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
- Top the pizza with the shredded lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, and any other toppings you may desire before serving.
