Sweet Spicy and Savory Glazed Chicken . Ingredients list
- The meat :
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp mushroom seasoning
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
- Glazed sauce :
- Chopped shallots : 2 tablespoons
- Chopped garlic : 2 tablespoons
- Water : 1/2 cup
- Fish sauce : 1.5 tablespoon
- Sriracha : 1 tablespoon
- Habanero honey : 1.5 tablespoon
- Brown sugar : 1- 1.5 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce : 1 tablespoon
- Mushroom seasoning : 1 tablespoon
- Chili powder : 1/2 tablespoon
- Black pepper : 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions : Slice chicken breast into 3/4 inch thick. Smash the meat down with the tenderizer. Marinate with a mixture of 1 egg, corn starch, mushroom seasoning and black pepper. Add 1/4 cup of oil to hot pan. Fry the chicken to golden brown , remove from pan. Add chopped garlic and chopped shallot to the pan and sate until fragrant. Add in the mixture of glazed sauce, stir for a minute then add in the chicken. Cook until sauce becomes thickened. Serve with rice, cucumber and tomato. Enjoy!
