REUBEN SANDWICH II

This Reuben Sandwich has always been my comfort food! Aside from the very delicious flavours, it is also very easy to make! In just about 25 minutes, you will have the best sandwich ever! As perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I am sure that you can do a lot to take this very simple recipe to the next level! Ingredients:

2 tbsp butter

8 slices rye bread

8 slices deli-sliced corned beef

8 slices Swiss cheese

1 c sauerkraut, drained

½ c Thousand Island dressing

Directions:

Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Brush butter on one side of each bread.

Spread the Thousand Island Dressing over the clear side of the bread.

Top four bread slices with Swiss cheese, 2 slices of corned beef, 1/4 cup of sauerkraut, and another slice of Swiss cheese.

Put the other four slices of bread over each topped slice of bread.

Place them into the skillet and toast each side for about 5 minutes or until done.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
