This Reuben Crescent Bake reminds me of my favourite Reuben sandwich. This not only tastes amazing but is incredibly easy to throw together. All you need are a few simple, readily available ingredients. I’ve made this many times and still making this regularly. My whole family loves this Reuben Crescent Bake and this has been part of our regular rotation. You should give this a try very soon. I promise you’ll go crazy over this wonderful dish!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large egg white lightly beaten
  • 1 tube Crescent rolls
  • 1/2 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 3/4 lb sliced deli corned beef
  • 8-10 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Caraway Seeds
  • 1 (14 ounces) can sauerkraut drained

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees.

Step 2: After unrolling one tube of a crescent roll dough, put half of it in a lightly greased baking dish and seal the perforations.

Step 3: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. When done, remove the baked dough from the oven.

Step 4: On top of the baked crescent rolls, layer half of the cheese and add a layer of corned beef.

Step 5: Mix the sauerkraut with the Thousand Island Dressing until well blended. Then, spread this over the corned beef layer and top with the rest of the cheese.

Step 6: On top, place the other half of the crescent roll dough, then very carefully seal the perforations. Brush the top with the egg white and sprinkle with the caraway seeds.

Step 7: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 12 to 16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven when done and allow the Reuben to stand for about 5 minutes.

Step 8: Slice and serve. Enjoy!
