- 1 c natural peanut butter (or your choice)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 c splenda
- dash vanilla (optional)
How to Make No Carb Peanut Butter Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all the ingredients together. You can add or decrease the Splenda to your own taste.
- Break off about 12 pieces and roll into a ball the place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Press down with a fork in the familiar fork patern.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until they have stiffened up. Its kind of hard to tell but they will be firm to the touch. Cool then take off the cookie sheet and enjoy.
