My Delicious Banana Pudding Stuffed French Toast

My delicious banana pudding French toast:
I have made this many times. I found that I had a lot of the sauce, and not enough toppings, so I fixed that.

I double the nuts and the bananas, and I try to use over-ripe bananas.
And I use Pecans instead of Walnuts. The bread I use is the Cinnabon Cinnamon Bread. Now, this is my go-to Breakfast Potluck dish!
This was definitely a delicious recipe. I followed it exactly and thought it turned out great.

Ingredients:

4 slices of white bread
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoon of whole milk
1 box of jello instant pudding
Vanilla wafers cookies
1 banana

Instructions:

Add the milk, cinnamon, and Brown sugar to the eggs. Mix until well combined.
Slice your bread as pictured and dip it into the egg mixture. Fry in butter until golden brown on each side. Remove from pan and sprinkle with Brown sugar &cinnamon.
Set aside, saute 4 cookies or how many you’d like alone with the banana slices, just enough to soften the cookies.
Remove from pan and place one of each (banana/cookie)in the top center of the toast.
Prepare pudding according to instructions on the box and drizzle on top of French toast.
