Lemon Garlic Lobster Tails

* Preparation:

Open the shell of the lobster tails and spread a little. Cuting  flesh and take  intestines.

Heat the grill Peel and squeeze the garlic.

Washing & dry chives, chop them.

Squeeze the lemon.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and put the garlic and chives in it.

Deglaze with the lemon juice.

Cook the lobster tails for 10-12 minutes on both sides.

Organize them on plates and coat with lemon butter before serving.
