1 1/4 pound extra large peeled and deveined shrimp

1 tablespoon of butter

1 tbsp garlic, minced (3 cloves)

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

seasoning with salt and pepper

or to taste, 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
