Do you know what is better than a 30-minute recipe? A 15-minute recipe! No kidding! This 15-minute recipe is for the meat lovers out there! Lots of delicious steaks choked in a delicious garlic butter sauce! Have I already aroused your interest?
You know what else? It’s all in one pan! I live in Alberta, so we love our steak here, and I am no exception. I love a good steak, but I also love steak bites because they are so full of flavor and so easy to prepare. These bite-sized pieces of steak look great when you throw a party, you just have to spear them with toothpicks and watch them disappear.
Ingredients
2 pounds sirloin steak, ribeye or porterhouse – cut into bite-sized cubes
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup beef stock
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
5 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Instructions
In a large, half deep frying pan, heat the olive oil at high heat. (Make sure that the pan is very hot)
Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, onion powder and brown sugar and drop them in one layer into the hot pan (if the pan is not big enough, make a second batch).
Cook the bites for about 3 minutes and mix them until they are cooked to your taste.
Remove from the heat and add garlic, parsley, butter and stock, then mix and return to the heat on a low heat, mixing for about 4 minutes.
Serve hot!
ENJOY!
