Homemade Picadillo with flour tortillas

Picadillo is a Mexican dish. With only a few ingredients, this quick and easy meal recipe comes together quickly. In a tomato sauce, ground meat and potatoes are cooked. For a complete supper, combine this recipe with rice and fresh flour tortillas.

INGREDIENTS

1 pound of ground beef

12 cup diced onion

1 diced green bell pepper

2 cups peeled and chopped potato

4 garlic cloves, minced

8 oz. tomato sauce (optional)

112 cup beef stock

1 teaspoon of salt

14 tsp black pepper, ground

1 tsp cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 leaf of bay
