HOMEMADE CHILI WITH MIXED BEANS

Ingredients

1 onion, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

4 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce

1 can (14 ounces) stewed tomatoes

1 can (14 ounces) ranch style beans

1 can (14 ounces) pinto beans

1 can (14 ounces) kidney beans

1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes

1 package mild chilli seasoning

2 pounds ground chuck

How to make Homemade Chili with Mixed Beans

Step 1: Cook the beef until brown. When done, drain off excess fat.

Step 2: Add the rest of the ingredients (onion, bell pepper, tomato sauce. stewed tomatoes, ranch style beans. pinto beans, kidney beans, Rotel diced tomatoes, and mild chilli seasoning) into a large pot.

Step 3: Cook until the peppers and onions are soft.

Step 4: Once done, serve or freeze until ready to serve.
