Meat piesIn a large bowl, soak the soda crackers in the eggs and milk until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients except the oil and mix well. Salt and Pepper.Shape tp eight pieces with ground beef mix.In a large skillet, fry pancakes in oil, 2 minutes per side. Reserve on a plate.balsamic vinegar sauceIn a bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in the broth. For reservations.In the same skillet, caramelize onions in butter. Adding honey also cooking for 1 minute. Add the balsamic vinegar and reduce until it turns into a syrup. Add broth and mustard mixture and bring to a boil, stirring.
