•1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
•4 garlic cloves, finely minced
•1 cup of fresh spinach
•1 cup of cream
•1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
•1/8 teaspoon of optional paprika powder
•1 tablespoon of butter
•1/4 teaspoon of paprika
•Salt and Pepper
Heat butter also olive oil in a skillet on medium-high heat.
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, also paprika on both sides.
Cooking shrimp for 30 sec on every side and removing from the skillet.
Add more oil if needed, and cook the garlic and crushed red pepper for 15 sec.
Add fresh spinach, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and add the fresh Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper when needed. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until nicely thickened.
Once the sauce has thickened, put the shrimp back in the skillet, cover with a lid, and cook for another 30 seconds over low heat.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and enjoy!
