Ingredients:
1 pound (0.4kg) chicken tenders
1 tsp smoked paprika
3 dashes of cayenne powder
4 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
3 – 4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp bottled Italian seasoning (Simply Organic or McCormick brand)
salt, to taste
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
lemon wedges
Directions:
Step 1: Season with cayenne pepper and smoked paprika the chicken tenders.
Step 2: Place a cast-iron skillet on the stove and turn the heat to high.
Step 3: Add 3 tablespoons of butter and allow it to melt.
Step 4: Add the chicken tenders and cook each side for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Set aside the chicken tenders and add the rest of the butter.
Step 6: Add the garlic and sauté until aromatic.
