Fried Chicken Alfredo Tacos

Make the best Southern tacos with crispy, spicy fried chicken tenders, guacamole, and cheese.

Fried chicken tacos are as good as they are inauthentic.

But seriously, how can you go wrong with crunchy nuggets of crispy fried chicken, nestled in a lightly charred flour tortilla, and drizzled with a zesty garlic ranch dressing?

Ingredients:

Flour

Cornmeal

Thin cut chicken

Fettuccine Noodles

Heavy Cream

Garlic

Salt

Pepper

Parmesan cheese

Butter

Directions:

Alfredo Sauce:

Warm your butter and cream in a large saucepan over low heat.

Let it simmer (but not boil )for about 2 minutes.

Add in your garlic and seasonings.
Mixing for about one minute just to let the garlic cook.

Add your parmesan cheese and stir just until the cheese has melted and your sauce is smooth.

Fried Chicken Taco:

Cut the chicken thin.

Season your flour Mix the regular flour with cornmeal The cornmeal will make the chicken extra crispy.

Get peanut oil and heat it up.

Once the grease is hot place the chicken in the grease.

Cook chicken until done but not too done You want to be able to fold the chicken into a taco shape.

Boil noodles and let cool.

Place the Fettuccine Noodles in a pan and add the Alfredo sauce The sauce should be thick to help the noodles and sauce to mesh.

Put a heap of noodles on the chicken and fold the chicken like a taco.

To help keep the shape get you some taco holders.

Sprinkle some black pepper on top.
