Delicious Turkey Wings

“Are you looking for a great way to use up those inexpensive turkey wings you see packaged up at the butcher shop? Well this is a tasty way to serve them up.”

Ingredients

  •  2 1/2 to 3 pounds turkey wings (split and tips removed)
  •  1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot Sauce)
  •  1/4 cup soy sauce
  •  2 tablespoons lemon juice
  •  1 tablespoon brown sugar
  •  1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  •  1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  •  1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Step by Step method


Step 1

Mix the hot sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper together in a large re-sealable plastic bag.

Step 2

Add the turkey wings and swish together to coat well.

Step 3

Seal the bag removing as much of the air as possible and place in the refrigerator.

Step 4

Leave in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, turning over every hour.

Step 5

Pour the contents of the bag in a baking dish and cook in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 1 hour, turning over every 20 minutes.

Step 6

Turn the broiler on and broil for 5 minutes or until the skin is crispy.
