- 100 milliliters milk
- 100 milliliters of water
- 100 grams of butter
- 100 grams of all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 500 milliliters fresh cream
- 80 grams icing sugar
Instructions
- First, take a saucepan and add 100 milliliters of milk, 100 milliliters of butter and 100 milliliters of water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Then add 100 grams of all-purpose flour to the mixture. Mix everything together.
- Boil the batter for two minutes.
- Then add 1 egg at a time (4 eggs in total). Do not add the next egg until the other is fully incorporated.
- Put the batter in a piping bag and make round balls of the batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes (210°C). Let them cool completely after baking for 20 minutes.
- For the whipped cream, add 60 grams of icing sugar and 500 milliliters of fresh cream (35% fat) to your food processor.
- When the whipped cream is ready, put the mixture in a piping bag. Fill the puffs with whipped cream.
- Finally, add icing sugar to the cream puffs.
