cream puffs with whipped cream

  • 100 milliliters milk
  • 100 milliliters of water
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 milliliters fresh cream
  • 80 grams icing sugar

Instructions

  1. First, take a saucepan and add 100 milliliters of milk, 100 milliliters of butter and 100 milliliters of water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  2. Then add 100 grams of all-purpose flour to the mixture. Mix everything together.
  3. Boil the batter for two minutes.
  4. Then add 1 egg at a time (4 eggs in total). Do not add the next egg until the other is fully incorporated.
  5. Put the batter in a piping bag and make round balls of the batter.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes (210°C). Let them cool completely after baking for 20 minutes.
  7. For the whipped cream, add 60 grams of icing sugar and 500 milliliters of fresh cream (35% fat) to your food processor.
  8. When the whipped cream is ready, put the mixture in a piping bag. Fill the puffs with whipped cream.
  9. Finally, add icing sugar to the cream puffs.
