Costillas de Puerco en Salsa Verde


18 small tomatillos charred
3 garlic cloves
1/4 onion
3 to 5 serranos
10 sprigs cilantro
Kosher salt to taste
1/4 tsp cumin (optional)
2.5 lbs pork ribs


** I did not add water because tomatillos are very liquidity once blended**
Once tomatillos are charred and soft add them to the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and Done!
Season an cook your pork ribs until nice and golden. Add your salsa and let simmer covered until tender and done…
Served with fresh Frijoles de la olla, rice and fresh corn or flour tortillas… 🥰😋🥰
