INGREDIENTS
- 6 servings mashed potatoes
- 1 24 ounces package popcorn chicken cooked
- 1 15 ounces can corn drained and heated
- 1 pkg beef gravy cooked
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: For the mashed potatoes, make 6 servings or homemade.
Step 2: According to the package direction, cook the popcorn chicken.
Step 3: In the microwave or stovetop, heat the corn.
Step 4: Make your gravy or use a brown gravy packet as I did.
Step 5: Layer the potatoes, corn, chicken, gravy in order, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
NOTES
Feel free to use instant mashed potatoes or make your own. For this recipe, you can also use Mac and Cheese, just eliminate the corn and gravy. Top the bowls with chicken strips if you desire. Use your favourite gravy for this recipe. I use beef gravy.
