Condensed Milk Fudge

Our fudge is one of our oldest and most valuable recipes. Loved by generations, it is a great homemade gift for your family and friends. Made with delicious condensed clove milk, this recipe will be creamiest yet.

* Ingredients :

° 400g condensed milk with tin

° 450g brown sugar

° 150 ml of milk

° 115g butter

* Directions:

Grease a 20 cm square oven tray with grease. Heat the milk, condensed milk, butter, and sugar together over low heat in a nonstick saucepan for 10-15 minutes, and scrape the bottom of the pan often, until the mixture forms a smooth ball when dropped into a cup of cold water. Once the mixture has reached this stage, remove from heat and beat for ten minutes until thick and grainy. Pour it onto the baking tray and allow it to cool completely before serving. Once the fudge cools, cut it into small squares or divide it with your hands. This recipe will yield about 20 fudge parts.
